Loosing health

What is the deal with the new expression "super". According to my memory this is an old german saying where they use super all the time. At my work we have people all the time saying super to everything. ex. I will pass by at 11:00 - Super. See you later - Super. I will kill you - Super. People could be more creative when expressing themselves right. I must admit I would love to write a better undestandeble english, but at least Im trying to improve, instead of just saying super to everything.. Same thin must go for holy cow, jesus etc
